The On-Ramp Seminar at Land Warrior CrossFit teaches the proper fundamentals techniques and movements required to participate in our CrossFit classes at our facility. On-Ramp covers all the basic movements used in CrossFit in a low intensity environment as well as an introduction to our equipment and programming.
Whether you are new to CrossFit or are a veteran who needs to refresh his or her memory on these basics, On-Ramp covers the fundamentals of technique and movements over a three hour block of instruction.
All new athletes must complete On-Ramp before signing up for any of our regular CrossFit class at Land Warrior CrossFit; however, new athletes are welcome to try out a free Introduction class before attending the On-Ramp to help them decide that CrossFit is right for them.
Although this is an educational class, each athlete will certainly get an intense workout followed by a cool-down and stretching.
